Our Story

I’d like to welcome you to Southern Suns MAS. Our journey with these amazing dogs started when my first 3 breeders left a Canadian Winter December and arrived in a 40 degree Australian Summer. A culture shock for sure but they all settled in just fine. These 3 furkids were registered Mini Aussie Shepherds with the American Stock Dog Association (ASDR).

As the years progressed, so did the size of our furkid family with the introduction of Wagontails King of Oz and Wagontails Lily in 2021, Pleasant Woods Cherokee Chick, Pleasant Woods Hearts N Roses and Alta Rambo Lin Rose all in 2022, all who are registered Mini American Shepherds with the Australian National Kennel Council, ANKC.
